Roger Casements GAC, PortglenoneThank you very much for supporting Casement's G.A.C. during 2016. The Annual General Meeting of the Club takes place on Monday 12th December 2016 at 8 p.m. in the G.A.A. Hall on Main St. 2016, our 75th in existence, has been another memorable year both 'on and off the field.'
Please make a special effort to attend, to make your contribution to the development of our Club. There is much to discuss.
I have enclosed a number of forms for your attention:
1. A Nomination Form for the Committee for the incoming Year. This Form should be completed, signed and returned to the Secretary before 8.00 p.m. on Monday 5th December. Please confirm with your nominee that he/she is prepared to stand for the position on the Committee.
2. A Form to renew your Full Membership of the Club. Full Membership for the incoming Year will be £25, and £15 for students. This entitles you to the benefits of both the Football and Social Side of Your Club. Social Club membership only remains at £10. Please update any relevant details, e.g. new mobile phone number. Please include your e-mail address so that you can receive regular communication.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Roger Casement G.A.C.' Prompt payment of membership is much appreciated.
