Delighted to share that ALPS and Live and Learn in partnership with Portglenones Roger Casements and Greenloughs St Oliver Plunketts GAA Clubs will be providing QPR Suicide Prevention Training on Saturday 7th December to our communities from 10am to 4pm
QPR Suicide Prevention Training is for everyone and together with the community we want to offer it to everyone that wishes to undertake it - it's a 6-hour programme that potentially will leave you with the skillset to alter or indeed save a person’s life,
It is our plan to make every single individual involved in both clubs over the age of 18 appropriately trained and fully skilled in the area of Suicide Prevention and we want to train every coach, club member and others within our community with these skills -
The training will take place in Roger Casements social club on Portglenone main street and we encourage everyone from both clubs to attend.
