Portglenone are Ulster Scor Sinsear Champions! In front of a packed house in St Cecilia's, Derry our Instrumental Music act won their competition, defeating the champions from Ard Mhacha and past All-Ireland winners Fear Manach. Brona, Mairead, Eimear, Seana and Ryan now progress to compete in the All Ireland final back in Derry on Saturday 27 April, 5pm (to be held in 'The Venue', Ebrington). Scor has been an integral part of the GAA for over four decades, and it remains a vibrant demonstration of our Gaelic cultural identity. As a Club we are proud to have our Ceol Uirlise competing at the highest level, and we wish them the very best of luck for the All-Ireland.

Stinsons secured their place in the SW Feile final after a gutsy win over Creggan on Saturday. A first half goal and a point from Kelly pushed them into a three point lead but Creggan replied with two more points to leave just a point in the game at halftime. Creggan started the second half brightly with two points to secure the lead in the first five minutes but as the tie appeared to be slipping from Stinsons, they immediately regrouped with a four minute spell that was rewarded with two goals and a point pushing them into a six point lead. Undaunted, Creggan set about reducing the deficit and with just three minutes left there was just a point in it. Stinson's McLarnon eased the pressure with a point and yet another Stinsons point secured the final spot as the whistle blew for fulltime.
Stinsons now meet the winners of Lisburn and St Endas @ Cargin 5.30 next Sunday 7th.
