There will be a workshop for youth/adult coaches on Wednesday 7th Dec 730pm Tir Na Nog. Looking at the issues around fitness, interpreting results and informing the training programme, building endurance with and without the ball as well as progression and overload. This will be an interactive indoor session. This will be well worth attending for all our forward thinking coaches.

Congratulations to both management and players of our senior and reserve teams. Their respective league tables make very interesting reading. Top scorers and best defensive record in both leagues. Well done. Let's push on now for the upcoming u21 campaign and build on this for the top division next year.

This year the dinner dance will be held in The Wild Duck on the 15th November 2014. (£25 and £15 for under 16s) Due to our seniors ,reserves and U21s winning their championships since last year we are expecting a full house to celebrate. It is essential therefore to book your seat by contacting a committee member before Monday 3rd November or direct with Veronica. If you currently have a Player of the Year trophy please have it engraved and returned to the social club. Camogie members should book with Marie.

Sincere congratulations to James, Phelim and Gareth on bringing home the silver. Lets keep pushing on further and further and hopefully land the big one in the coming years.
Special shout out to Marty, Tony, Doc and Big Bryan who have soldiered on through thick and thin. These guys are true stalwarts of our club and their added presence in the senior squad is a huge bonus to the younger brigade who are still learning their trade.
Were not finished yet. A league to be won, a cut at the Ulster and a big push to retain the Under 21 championship. Lots still to play for! The momentum is with us.
